The transaction of any and all lawful business for which non-profit corporations may incorporate under the laws of the state of Arizona. Including, without limiting the generality of the preceding, any civic or charitable purpose such as financing the cost of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, or improving buildings, equipment, and other real and personal properties suitable for use by and for leasing to the City of San Luis, Arizona. All members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
