To promote industry and develop trade by inducing manufacturing, industrial, and commercial enterprises to locate and stay in San Luis, Arizona. To stimulate and encourage the production and development of all kinds of businesses in the City of San Luis, Arizona. All members are appointed by the Mayor and City Council.
