The San Luis Senior Center provides educational programs and activities for Seniors ages 60+. We offer a variety of programs designed to provide assistance to seniors with documentation, translations, and applications. As well as daily activities such as daily games of Bingo, domino, pool, arts and crafts, and health and education classes. With these services, the Senior Center provides the Seniors in our community with the essential tools to maximize independent living & empowerment.
Educational Courses & Activities
- Breakfast served daily at 7:00 a.m.
- Meals served daily at 11:00 a.m.
- Daily games of bingo, domino, and pool
- Movie days
- Health Education
- Arts and crafts & Sewing classes taught by Maria Teresa Varela

- Assistance to seniors with documentation, translations, and filling all sorts of applications
- Services Maximizing Independent Living & Empowerment (SMILE)
- Blood pressure check-ups provided by the San Luis Fire Department
- Food bank distribution assistance.
- Doctor appointment scheduling and refill prescription assistance
- Transportation to and from the facility.

WACOG is a governmental non-profit that is dedicated to serving its local jurisdictions, income-challenged households, and vulnerable populations in Yuma, La Paz, and Mohave Counties.
Recreational, social and educational activities for *independent older adults age 60 and older.
*an independent adult requires no supervision and is capable of planning and executing activities of interest at the Senior Center.
