- Benefits Eligibility: All regular, temporary, provisional and term employees working 30+ hours per week and their eligible dependents.
- Effective Date of Coverage (with exception of voluntary benefits):
- Employees: First of the month following Date of Hire.
- Dependents: First of the month following employee's eligibility date.
