Utilities Included on Bill
The bill consists of charges for all 3 services plus tax:
- Garbage
- Sewer
- Water
Billing Information
The bill is printed and sent out on a monthly basis on the 1st week of the month. Bill payment is due on the 28th day of the month. If the 28th of the month falls on a non-business day (Holiday or Weekend), your bill will be due on the following business day.
Late Penalty Charges
Late Penalty charge of 10% of the water consumption is assessed the day after it is due. The late penalty is calculated on water charges only, not the total bill amount.
Payment Timeline

| Delinquent Notice | A delinquent notice is delivered to the service address on or before the 14th of the month. Pay close attention to the due date listed on the notice, as it will help you avoid service disconnection. |
| Shut Off or Disconnections | The utilities will be shut off 5 to 6 days from the date of notice. Payment of past bills will include a $40 shut off fee and if applicable, a security deposit fee on file. |
| Monthly Meter Reads | An auto read of all city meters are completed on a monthly basis, on or about the 24th of the month. |
| Current Month Bill Due | The current month bill is due on the 28th of the month. If the 28th day of the month falls on a non-business day (Holiday or Weekend), customers will have 1 additional business day to pay bill without penalty. |
