Responsibilities

 The Planning and Zoning Department administers the city’s land use, GIS, code enforcement, and building regulations through the implementation of the General Plan, Zoning Code, Subdivision Regulations, and Building Codes.

Upholding Laws & Regulations

We strive toward fairly and equitably upholding laws and consistently administering rules and regulations adopted by the City of San Luis Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council.

The Development Services Division continually strives to provide quality service and products regarding property information, land use, addressing, mapping, licensing, and ordinance administration.
